Luna99 VIP Programme — Privileges Exclusive
for Selected Malaysian Players

What Is the luna99 VIP Program?

The luna99 VIP programme is not an ordinary loyalty programme that only offers points that are difficult to redeem for real benefits. It is a carefully designed reward system to ensure every loyal player truly feels the difference — not just on paper, but in every aspect of their playing experience.

When you register and start playing at luna99, you automatically join the VIP program. Every wager you place — whether in slots, Live Casino, or Sports Betting — accumulates VIP points that move you up to higher tiers. The more you play, the more rewards you unlock.

The system is built to be fair and transparent. Players can check their current VIP tier, total points accumulated, and how many more are needed to reach the next tier — all visible directly in your luna99 account panel. No surprises, no hidden conditions.

Four luna99 VIP Tiers

The luna99 VIP programme is divided into four main tiers, each with increasingly attractive benefits. These tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each represent a different level of commitment and loyalty, and deliver rewards that match your dedication.

Silver Tier — The Beginning of Your VIP Journey

The Silver Tier is the starting point for all luna99 VIP members. Although it is the entry-level tier, the benefits on offer are already far superior to a standard account — including 3% weekly cashback, access to exclusive VIP promotions, and priority in the customer support queue. This is your introduction to the true world of luna99 privileges.

Gold Tier — Benefits That Start Feeling Real

Once you reach Gold tier, the difference becomes far more noticeable. Cashback increases to 5%, daily withdrawal limits are raised, and you gain access to exclusive reload bonuses unavailable to regular members. Gold tier players also receive early invitations to limited-time promotions that frequently offer exceptional value.

Platinum Tier — Where True Privileges Begin

The Platinum Tier is where the luna99 VIP programme truly begins to shine. At this level, you gain a personal account manager you can contact directly — someone who understands your playing style and can provide bonus recommendations tailored specifically for you. Cashback increases to 8%, withdrawal limits are raised significantly, and withdrawal processing receives full priority.

Diamond Tier — The Pinnacle of luna99 Privileges

Diamond is the highest tier in the luna99 VIP program, and it comes with benefits unmatched in the industry. Up to 12% cashback, virtually unlimited withdrawal limits, access to exclusive gaming tables not available to the public, VIP event invitations, personalised birthday gifts, and withdrawal processing within 1 hour. Diamond players are luna99's honoured guests — and they are treated as such.

How Does the luna99 VIP Points System Work?

The luna99 VIP points system is designed to reward players based on their actual betting activity. Every RM 10 you wager on any game on the platform — whether slots, live baccarat, or sports betting — earns 1 VIP point. These points are accumulated over a rolling 30-day period that is continuously updated.

The beauty of this system lies in its dynamic nature. Unlike conventional loyalty programmes that only count deposits, luna99 rewards your active wagering. This means players who play consistently with a reasonable bankroll can reach high VIP tiers without needing a massive initial deposit.

VIP Points Calculation by Game Category

Not all games award points at the same rate. Slots award points at the full rate (1 point per RM 10 wagered), while Live Casino games such as baccarat and roulette award 0.7 points per RM 10 due to the higher RTP in this category. Sports betting awards 0.8 points per RM 10 wagered.

This is a fair and transparent approach — luna99 does not hide this information. All point calculation rates can be reviewed under the "VIP Program" section in your account panel.

VIP Cashback — Money Back in Your Pocket

One of the most popular perks among luna99 VIP members is the weekly cashback program. Every Monday, eligible VIP members receive cashback based on their net losses from the previous week. This cashback is credited directly to your account with no complicated wagering requirements attached.

For Silver members, a 3% cashback may seem modest at first glance — but imagine a tough week where your net losses come to RM 2,000. That RM 60 cashback is more than just money; it is a signal that luna99 values you and wants to keep you playing comfortably. For Diamond members, 12% cashback on RM 10,000 in net losses means RM 1,200 returned — a meaningful amount to get back in the game with greater confidence.

Personal Account Manager — The Service That Sets Us Apart

For Platinum and Diamond members, a personal account manager is far more than standard customer support. Your manager understands your playing habits, knows your favourite games, and is reachable directly via WhatsApp or your preferred communication channel. They can assist with a wide range of matters — from explaining bonus terms and facilitating large withdrawals, to alerting you when exclusive promotions match your playing style.

This is the level of service typically found only in first-class land-based casinos — and luna99 brings it to the online world for Malaysian players.

VIP Tier Upgrade — A Simple and Automatic Process

There is no manual application required to move up to a higher VIP tier at luna99. The system monitors your VIP points in real time, and when your points total reaches the next tier threshold, your upgrade happens automatically within 24 hours. You will receive an in-platform notification and an email, along with a list of new benefits now available to you.

The tier downgrade process is also handled fairly — if your playing activity decreases within the 30-day rolling period and your points fall below the current tier threshold, you will receive an early warning notification so you can decide whether to maintain your tier or not.
